Why is Managed WordPress more expensive then Shared Hosting?
Shared hosting still allows you to use wordpress but it does not come with ANY technical support. With Managed WordPress Hosting WE take the responsibility to ensure its always safe, secure and available and for this there is a small extra charge.
Will my services be setup immediately after ordering?
Subject to our systems checks, all our orders are provisioned within 10 minutes. If for any reason your order is flagged for manual intervention then a ticket is opened within 10 minutes and our team aims to resolve all issues within two working hours.
Which methods of payment do you accept?
We take Paypal, Stripe and Bank Transfer in GBP.
Is VAT calculated in the price?
All our prices are EX Vat!. Vat is currently 20%
Do you offer discounts?
