Our hosted exchange is not set up automaticly and reqires intervention from our side however we do aim to process all hosted exchange orders within 3 working hours. (Normally alot quicker). Once an order is placed a ticket will be opened alerting our back office team to the need to process the order.

We take PayPal, Stripe and Bank Transfer in GBP and USD.

All our prices are EX Vat! Vat is currently 20%

We do run promotions from time to time, but also are happy to try and price match your current provider just drop an email to [email protected] with evidence of what you get. (An invoice can be used but please blank any personal details)

We do have a selection of chosen group we support however we are always happy to hear about your cause and see if we can support you in any way. This is usally done by sponsoring the webhosting and domain for your cause but this is reviewed on a case by case basis and is always discussed by our directors at there weekly meeting.
