Will my services be setup immediately after ordering?

Subject to fraud systems all our orders are provisioned within 10 minutes. If for any reason your order is flagged for manual intervention then a ticket is opened within 10 minutes and our team aims to resolve all issues within two working hours.

Which methods of payment do you accept?

We take PayPal, Stripe and Bank Transfer in GBP and USD.

Is VAT calculated in the price?

All our prices are EX Vat! Vat is currently 20%.

Do you offer discounts?

We do run promotions from time to time, but also are happy to try and price match your current provider just drop an email to [email protected] with evidence of what you get. (An invoice can be used but please blank any personal details)

I Run a community group or chairty can you help?

We do have a selection of chosen group we support however we are always happy to hear about your cause and see if we can support you in any way. This is usally done by sponsoring the webhosting and domain for your cause but this is reviewed on a case by case basis and is always discussed by our directors at there weekly meeting.
